Ingredients

4 thin beef cutlets (or minute steaks)400g
2 medium eggs, beaten6 pack
200g dried breadcrumbs200g
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley25g
2 garlic cloves, finely minced3 pack
1/2 tsp salt750g
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper100g
60ml vegetable oil, for shallow frying1L

Method

  1. Season the Cutlets: Salt and pepper the cutlets.
  2. Bread the Cutlets: Dip each cutlet in egg, then coat with a mixture of breadcrumbs, parsley, and garlic.
